oppose any idea like with penalty to lower difficulty as the paper mention.

ppl driving casual didn't means they don't like to play the game in challenge or alike , unless it is scaling with the difficulty, currently, it didn't in the game.
second, ppl love to drive and that why they like to play easy or causal difficulty (at least in openworld) so posting a penalty against causal mode is totally wrong logically. however, it is reasonable , cash bonus is scaling on higher difficulty.
Hello @GVlXxf I can see your point. But I don't think it makes a difference to the overall rewards if they are positioned correctly. (I think both story mode and online race cash rewards need changing tbh)
You could rephrase as:
- Casual is 100%
- Challenging is 110%
- Intense is 120%
of the original cash rewarded.
Either way, you are providing a 20% difference between the most and least difficulty settings.
I guess it also depends on what difficulty people decide to play on. I think it is reasonable to assume that most will play on challenging... so it does also make sense to have that as the neutral cash reward IMO.
