@Desper934 If there are cars that you can't win races with, then those cars should be buffed. Useless cars in a racegame are a waste of development time. All the people that say "You only got to find a good car" do not understand game balance, kinda just like Ghost games really. But this issue is the same as the cops issue, both are just failed AI programming. And the only way to "fix" both issues at the moment is "cheating". One cheat is finding the most OP car and beating the game with that and the other is exploiting AI Police flaws.
I don't mind slow progress in games though, as the choice which car you want to have in your garage should be a special one. Really, games like GT, FH, etc where cars are thrown at your head for just winning a race do not make that feeling of getting a new car any more special. If, like in real life, having 1000s of cars to choose from and then pick that favorite makes having that car that more special. "But why then are there that many cars in the game?", because there should be millions enjoying your game so that every person you come across has their special car customized to their dream spec. All those millions of credits become worthless, just like those hundreds of cars that are catching virtual dust.
