Missing Clothing in NFS Unbound

I don't know if this is the right place to contact but the Support said I should post it in here so the Team can see it. I tryed email and even contacted EA Help on X but I haven't gotten an answer y...

If you are missing items that you have bought, then only EA support can provide you with assistance. Nobody else on this forum has the resources to assist you further.
