my game doesn't open

You should try reinstalling the game and updating your CPU and GPU drivers. After that, check if any apps are running in the background when launching the game. If so, close them.

First of all, thanks for trying to help, but I've already tried to do that, and it's still the same.

If nothing works, then you should talk to EA support for further assistance.
