Need For Speed Heat in game Loyalty discount for Unbound

Hi! On the information link for Need for Speed Unbound it says there is a 10%, loyalty discount if you own Need for Speed Heat digital (which I do and have since its release) and it should be access...

It looks like this should be active now. and unfortunately I can't see why it's not working for folks.

For those that don't see the offer, can I check the following?
