Need For Speed Heat in game Loyalty discount for Unbound

Hi! On the information link for Need for Speed Unbound it says there is a 10%, loyalty discount if you own Need for Speed Heat digital (which I do and have since its release) and it should be access...

@EA_David Any update to this? I want to preorder the game on ps5 but don't want to miss out on the loyalty discount. On heat there is nothing about need for speed unbound in the in-game store to preorder - on the main page of heat it shows unbound as news and says to press x to confirm but nothing happens when you hit x. Xbox and PC users are able to get the discount but playstation users are still missing theirs.

@EA_David This is extremely frustrating to see. Release is soon many PS Users have not preordered because of the loyalty discount issue. can we atleast get a confirmation that this would be fixed or not fixed before the release so we can decided purchasing accordingly just seems unfair every other platform getting 20% DISCOUNT?

    This is the update I got from EA support.

    Not sure how true 

    " I have checked with the team and they have told me that since lots of users are missing the rewards so that is why team has decided to update the news on official twitter handle so that lots of users can get the news in large."

      @siurjibtheLegend We do often post updates on twitter, but I don't think this will be the case here.

      We have some updates coming on this, but I'm just waiting to get official word, as it looks like I got my wires crossed on this and I want to make sure I'm sharing accurate info.

        Hi @EA_David  Thank you for your response, Good to know updates are coming would you say it's best to hold on to the preorders till we get the update and some sort of fix comes in ? Would it be taking a lot of time by anychance like we won't be missing out on the preorder bonuses right for the update to come?
