Need For Speed Heat in game Loyalty discount for Unbound

Hi! On the information link for Need for Speed Unbound it says there is a 10%, loyalty discount if you own Need for Speed Heat digital (which I do and have since its release) and it should be access...

This is the update I got from EA support.

Not sure how true 

" I have checked with the team and they have told me that since lots of users are missing the rewards so that is why team has decided to update the news on official twitter handle so that lots of users can get the news in large."

@siurjibtheLegend We do often post updates on twitter, but I don't think this will be the case here.

We have some updates coming on this, but I'm just waiting to get official word, as it looks like I got my wires crossed on this and I want to make sure I'm sharing accurate info.

    Hi @EA_David  Thank you for your response, Good to know updates are coming would you say it's best to hold on to the preorders till we get the update and some sort of fix comes in ? Would it be taking a lot of time by anychance like we won't be missing out on the preorder bonuses right for the update to come?

      This is the response I received from EA Help Twitter,

      EA HELP: I see what you mean, please do keep an eye on the thread on the official forum, I'm confident our community manager will get back to everyone on the thread when a further update is available, I could unfortunately not find an update to share, in the meantime ☹️ Your patience is appreciated, I also hope we'll get to the bottom of this issue soon.       ME: I definitely understand Claus my Major concern is how it has not been resolved since a month or 2 now , which is fine but my main concern is with the game coming out on 29th early access can this be fixed before then and would it be fixed before then. EA is losing out some sales mainly because of this bug could you provide maybe a voucher code or something for playstation users. They are potentially losing preorder bonuses, etc.

        @SurjivTheLegend Soooo it's not happening. I mean, is not the first time videogame companies don't care about the community/communication department as a whole. David and Claus may be in the dark as much as we are... We shouldn't keep asking employees for infos they dont' have or can't share over and over. They are not the ones fixing this and wont speed the process. I was hoping EA at least cared about sales, the money, which they are losing a bit with this.

        Maybe the problem is not even near reaching the dev team, or at a very low priority, and they prolly in crunch finishing the online mode features that are not present at launch: night time, cops, pinkslips, sidebets, takeovers...

        Six days to launch, its not going to happen imo. And well, those pre-order bonuses are very lame, cars with logos of a clothing company that sell shirts more expensive than freaking console, and I'm out here hoping for a 8 bucks discount lol not gonna miss this anyway

      @EA_David Have you got accurate info yet?

      Most people have already preloaded the game we are on the sidelines with just 3 days left for early access. If you can't fix it atleast let us know or an update.

        @SurjivTheLegend I just messaged them on Twitter and been told the last information they have is that the Team is still looking in to it on their side and they have no idea on when it will be resolved. Being this close to launch hopefully its soon!

      This is just hilarious. EA having problems fixing bugs involving money! 

      You have 6 weeks to put a cheaper version of the game and you still failed.
