Have you tried checking the "Run this program as an administrator" checkbox in the compatibility tab of the properties of the executable file?

What is the reason that when I launch Hot Pursuit, after a few seconds, it will close the game and say "Failed to launch game," and the follow-up says, "An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later." I don't know what's happening on EA; I even tried on Steam because I bought both. If someone knows what is happening and knows how to fix it, please reply here. Many thanks
