Need For Speed Unbound is totally unplayable on my PC

Need For Speed Unbound is totally unplayable on my PC.

My system exceeds the minimum requirements and I am using a PS4 BT controller.

I have downloaded and installed the game separately on both Steam and directly from EA, each with the same results.

The cars barely reach 70 MPH and the game play is nowhere near the FPS that should be experienced.

I have read many posts discussing the same issue, and several "fixes" have also been posted to no avail.

Does EA have a solution for this? If not, a full refund is in order.
