If you turn off the animation effects as stated we can here: https://twitter.com/NeedforSpeed/status/1579850099815243781 then we can assume you will just have normal realistic looking tire smoke. Not sure if that answers your question...
Edit - They have now confirmed that basic Tail Smoke and Trail Light effects can not be turned off: https://twitter.com/NeedforSpeed/status/1579868621874270208

If you turn off the animation effects as stated we can here: https://twitter.com/NeedforSpeed/status/1579850099815243781 then we can assume you will just have normal realistic looking tire smoke. Not sure if that answers your question...

@101_GLiTcH2_101 Basic effects may be similar to those in 2020 leaked footage.So childish cartoon style is kinda permanent.
