New Update : Still no cop spawn/density fix ?

One of the things that I am sure plenty of players want fixed is the way cops spawn in the world.

From the fixes noted in the latest update patch notes, there is no mention of cop spawn corrections.

Are there going to be improvements when it comes to that because it kills enjoyment of the game.
