NFS UNBOUND Crash ui effect

In nfs unbound, I've seen videos where when the player makes impact on a wall, cop or car, the ui gets kinda fuzzy/glitched. I'm on Xbox series S and when I do one of them, It doesn't get all kinda glitchy. I'll show a picture of what I mean of "glitchy". But I want to know how to have that on my Xbox, but I have a feeling that it's not actually supported on Xbox, only PC (I hope not). But yeah. If it is possible for it to do that on Xbox, can someone tell me how?
