NFS Unbound Game Pass PC/EA Play Trial to Steam Save Transfer

Hey!

I've been playing NFS Unbound with my Game Pass PC / EA Play trial and I think I'm ready to buy the game. I'd like to buy it on Steam, and since Steam uses the EA App to launch the game, I'd assume that my progression transfers from my Game Pass progression to Steam?
