Hi Groguet. I can share some images with you. I believe I am suffering from the same issue. So in short words, the PlayStation store still asks us to pay for the VOL9 premium speed pass even though we have purchased the ultimate collection upgrade. In the image, you can tell that the ultimate collection is purchased but the speed pass still has a price tag on it. I checked both the in-game and outside stores; none showed a download button. We really need some help from you and thank you so much, sir.
Hi there Groguet , it’s not actually an Error we’re receiving but it’s a missing item from the full package, I’ve purchased the NFS unbound ultimate collection upgrade and received all the items mentioned in the description except the VOL 9 premium speed pass which shows that i need to pay for it 9.99$ , all the other DLC working fine except that one thing .
I am chiming in here with the same problem . I purchased the Ultimate Collection Upgrade on PS5 and it straight up didn't give it to me. Contacted EA support and he said to contact Sony . I did and thought I was getting somewhere as the first guy was super nice but ultimately couldn't do anything and gave me a confirmation number .2nd guy not useful at all and told me to contact EA and basically hung up on me .
There is an issue going on here and the thing is if the problem IS on their end they are not going to listen to us but they WILL listen to you as a publisher .
I'm in the same boat. I've purchased the ultimate collection package. Received everything that was included and it works fine except for the volume 9 premium speed pass I was hoping somebody else or someone would have answers but as I have read. Everybody's message there seems to be a big error with this issue. I'm hoping that the premium cars the Integra type are the BRZ and the M3 GTR are not just for multiplayer I'm hoping that I can use them in the story mode as I do not do multiplayer online
