i have this same issue too. i got all the dlc packs included in the ultimate edition except for the vol 9 speed pass. i read about this issue last month so i held off from purchasing it until the patch update was released. but it's still bugged. i saw a solution that is to redeem it from the in game store but i dont have the option to, only the option to purchase it. im on ps5.

Is there an ETA on a fix for this? It’s been literal months since volume 9 released and I still can’t access the content I paid for. Literally the only thing I wanted from the entire ultimate collection was the cars from volume 9 but figured it was only a bit more to get all past DLCs, and of course we have this issue going on for several months where the reason I even bought the upgrade in the first place is the only thing I can’t get from it for one reason or another.
I have heard nothing regarding the ETA. @EA_Groguet Is there any news or ETA for the fix? It's been more than a month since we met this issue ☹️.
