Summarize your bug I have purchase the ultimate edition and not received volume 9 content
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By giving me volume 9
What happens when the bug occurs? Didn't give me anything
What do you expect to see? Volume 9 speed pass

You can check whether it has been installed!
Move the cursor to the game and then press the option key, then click on manage game content, then you can check whether it says installed or install.

Hi JudyRacing, this issue is not the former "unavailable" bug, where you could not manually install it in the "manage game content". In this one, there is always a price tag asking us to repurchase the VOL9 speed pass. For now, there's not much we can do other than wait for the dev team.
