NfsU Frame Generation Glitch or is my card defect?

I have been playing NfsU since December 2023 and with a 980 ti now that i have gotten a 4090 i want to tuen everything at max settings tho my current monitor is only a 1440p monitor my 4k is at repair on warrenty.

When i turn on frame generation there are glitches or flickering dunno how to describe them otherwise i have recorded a video mp4 so you can see it's not that much of a deal but just wanted to hear if anyone else is exsperiencing this or it could be my card that is faulty?

In Cyberpunk 2077 and Robocop Rogue City Frame Generation works like a charm no glitches i noticed.

Gonna test more games to see if they work perfectly or not that has it 🙂

But i would like to know if im the only one with that?

I have now tested Star Wars Jedi Surviver and Alan Wake 2 not glithes there with frame generation.

Forgot to mention i have only noticed it when loading screen is there.
