@kennyminigun This is true but I found a parcial solution to this, if you put the last perk, the one that is for increasing the time that a cop need to see your car, and also if you past them with a lot of speed (250KMh aprox) you can easily pass in his and they don't even have time to start chasing you, this also include the helicopter, also if you turn off your car in the night, you automatically lose the helicopter
