I am afraid that we won't be able to help you here on AHQ. If you don't have access to your Epic account you will have to contact Epic Games support to recover it.

    @EA_Groguet I had previously linked an Epic Games account that I did not use to my EA account without realizing it. I realized this and removed this connection through EA Links, but when I wanted to connect my Epic Games account that I was actively using, it gave a warning saying that you can only connect one account for a lifetime. I talked to EA support about this, I explained the problem and they said they would take care of it. And it's been almost 3 months and I still can't get a response, I haven't been contacted and there really isn't even a single note, I just want to renew my epic games connection, that's all and I'm so bored of waiting for months.

    This is an account related issue, only EA help can provide you with the assistance. You should just try again with the live chat option and see where it goes.
