I have played this game for more than 1100 hours, I think I am one of those who played the most and found the most mistakes. I think the problem is not with PC players, but with version differences between devices. The real problem here is how Xbox players, especially, can pass a vehicle with a maximum speed of 365 on a flat road (like the Big O) and a vehicle with a maximum speed of 395. For example, the maximum speed of Ferrari Evo is 365 370, it does not reach that speed quickly and this vehicle has only one type of engine, but sometimes racers come at normal speed like this, and sometimes racers who reach speeds above 395 come. I know the redline technique, but it does not make a difference at 40km, there is no one on the road to deal with it anyway.
Some PC players can speed hack with tools such as cheat engine. If you set the game speed to 1.5x, you will win all races even if you go at half speed. But not many people use it either, I've only come across it once or twice.
By the time it comes to this, there are already dozens of bugs in the game. Unless these errors are corrected, it does not matter whether there is cheating or not.
