Hi @ronnybrd33 To confirm are you still using the older Origin PC client or the EA App? Also, where was the game originally purchased?

EA_IlliumHey @ronnybrd33 Thanks for the additional information, We can try a few steps to check if the game appears.
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then check if your library updates
- Check your EA account portal > Order History if the game appears. (You can access your account portal by selecting your forum name in the top right of AHQ, then "EA Account")
