The problem with the Catch Up Packs from Volume 6 onwards is you can obtain the 30 Premium Speed Pass items (which covers both Darius' R8 for Volume 6 Premium Speed Pass and Melissa's Eclipse for Volume 7 Premium Speed Pass) if you purchased the Premium Speed Pass during their respective Volumes. If you did not purchase the Premium Speed Pass during the Volume, then you are only eligible to obtain 45 Free Speed Pass items.
It will be impossible to obtain the 30 Premium Speed Pass items if you didn't buy the Premium Speed Pass during their Volumes.
Basically it is impossible for you to get Darius' R8 and Melissa's Eclipse because you didn't buy the Premium Speed Pass during their Volumes. The same story will happen for Sgt. Cross' Corvette once Volume 8 ends as well.

As you didn't buy the Premium Speed Pass during both Volume 6 and Volume 7, you fall under the "DYNAMIC CATCH-UP PACK ($2.99) - Instant Access to 45 Tiers of Speed Pass content" section. Therefore, it is impossible for you to get both Darius' R8 and Melissa's Eclipse as you didn't buy the Premium Speed Pass during their Volumes.
