You should be able to report suspected cheating as follows:

Thanks.

Just sad how these people drive around with their ekstra speed boost, slams and griefes other players, even duo'ing to help their mate win the race.. and it seems impossible that anything ever would be done against them.- 2SMOKE_TM11 months agoSeasoned Veteran
The situation is that only we can see and report that a person is cheating, but we cannot prove it. What has no proof has no sanction. If a person reports someone for no reason, even just because he doesn't like him, and the person gets punished, would it be right?
So this cannot be done through reporting. The game has to determine this itself. That should have happened from the very beginning. I don't think it's easy to add anything extra when even the bugs that have been around since the beginning of the game are still not fixed.

We can't prove it in game, no. Either they should have some detection on people cheating, like, shouldn't be That hard to notice when someone clearly speed boosts beyond reason, and let that trigger a suspension.
If that isn't possible right now, or ever, there should be a place for us to post video proof of this.. I record for some content, and I have 5 people with obvious cheats and grief, and this is within the last 3 days of playing this game. I've seen people that are lvl 35 using cheats, and I've seen someone at lvl 125... 125 levels of presumeably cheats and grief.
