RX-7 Rev Limit Needs Adjusting

Greetings fellow drivers

I recently picked up this game and worked my way up to buy my favorite car, the FD RX-7 Spirit R.

However, upon revving the car from a standstill I noticed that my revs only reached 7k rpm.

I thought to myself, "Oh cool! Launch control."

Only later to discover that was the hard cut rev limit for the RX-7.

Can we do something about this, please?

The whole point of Rotary engines is to rev extremely high and have an aggressive powerband at the top of the rev range.

Even stock RX-7s can rev to 9k without modification.

In the interest of both realism and fun, I would like to start a petition to fix this issue.

Not to knock the developers or anything this is already my favorite NFS game ever and I am thoroughly hooked.

The game on hard mode creates so much tension in the races and the upgrading system is comparable if not superior IMO to Forza Horizon's system.
