@Luka0101998 Welcome to the club :D Many have already outed their frustration about the cops in this game. I hope even more will join and Criterion will tweak the cops soon so you aren't 80% of the time pursued by cops. I have the same thing as you, I too want to be able to play some races if I don't have much time, and not be in a cop chase for 60 minutes more just to be able to bank the lousy amount of money I got to score.
