stuck on spikestrip mission for land rover

I think its a bug, because when i unlocked the porsche cop car from speed pass (as i bought it) i think it broke the cop career, i cant seem to finish the spike strip mission, i tried driving crown v...

    bug fixed i think, i had to restart the game in order to make it appear as unlocked

Mines the same, on mission 2, hit racers with spike strips 5 times, definantly done it but not tracking, tried restarting game & even the console but still not showing up, how you suppose to play & progress if its not working?
