the download does not start
Hello everyone, I can't download the game. As soon as i click the download button it gets stuck on this screen. Do you know how can I fix it?
Hi @NiNo9015 There are a few reasons why the download can get stuck no preparing. Can we try the following troubleshooting and then check if this continues?
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Run the EA App as an admin
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Connection and Advance
