the game doesn't detect ea play

Hello, I purchased the game through Steam and I have EA Play through EA itself. But the game checks for the EA Play subscription through Steam so it doesn't detect my EA Play subscription. What should I do?

Hi @xXx_SnopyDogyXxX To confirm the EA Play subscription is still client specific, being on PC does not mean you are able to go to different clients with it. The Steam EA Play subscription is separate from the EA Play one.

Since we installed NFS Unbound via Steam, to check have you tried EA Play on Steam previously? If not, can we try to verify the game via your Steam client and then launch the game?

Hi @xXx_SnopyDogyXxX To confirm the EA Play subscription is platform specific and will not carry over to a different client.

To check did you install NFS UNbound on Steam or the EA App? If we installed it through the EA App it will only see your subscription there and not on Steam which may be causing the issue.

My EA Play subscription is on PC and I have Unbound for PC. So this shouldn't be a problem

I installed Unbound on Steam but like I said, my EA Play subscription is on EA itself, not on Steam. So my EA account has EA Play subscription whereas my steam account doesn't. But I think the Steam version of Unbound checks for my Steam account's subscription state.
