Vol.9 update (Multiplayer-exclusive Blacklist cars and Unbound's future)

Hello everyone! Since the Volume 9 update was released and Lockdown Mode was introduced, I have been feeling concerned a lot about the next situation. Lockdown Mode is available exclusively for multiplayer, and that's why all the custom Blacklist cars that can be extracted through this mode and added to your multiplayer garage are MULTIPLAYER EXCLUSIVE. Could anyone answer, please, will we get the opportunity to buy all these Blacklist cars (including custom BMW M3 GTR) in the custom's dealership in story (offline) mode as well in future? I'm asking this question because it would be unfair if one day, when the servers of the game will be shut down, all the exclusive cars that players have been earning and grinding for will disappear as well. Is there any chance that after the Volume 9 update ends we will get an opportunity to synchronise our multiplayer and story mode garages (and will be able to buy all the multiplayer-exclusive custom cars via dealership in offline mode as well?
