Why is NFS Unbound so hard even in Relaxed difficulty

NFS unbound is literally too hard even in relaxed difficulty which ruins the fun. And even the NOS is useless. I would want it to nerf the AI so that we can have fun or add one more difficulty option to make it even more easier.
