    Hello @EA_Barry ,

    I'm curious how did you end up with recommendation for installing VC packages, where I think i clearly state and describe that there's an issue with the DirectX installation and the installer not recognizing the success of it?

    I've tried reinstalling the VC redist packages back form 2015 , 2017 and 2019 and all ended up with 
    "Another version of this product is already installed" because i'm running a newer version already. so NO this was not helpful at all.

    I'm having the same issue trying to install jedi survivor. I didn't buy jedi survivor just so I would not be able to play it
