Account progress lost

I have lost my account progress, I was level 50 me and my brother crew is still level 41 and he has his cars still but all of my cars and money are gone. Please help solve this problem because I really enjoy playing this game.

    Hello EyeBallLikeWap​,

    Unfortunately this is a common issue in NFS games, there is no way support can assist you with your progress. You will just have to start all over again.
