Update number two: I contacted EA Support and it seems to be a relatively common issue after the update and they are working on a fix, unsure if the savegames can be retrieved but I hope it all gets resolved soon, good to see it has reached their radar however
@Usagi-034 i have encountered the same issue. TWICE NOW.. NO FIX.. don't get your hopes up buddy.. and the funny thing is that, in EA App the games shows that i played on 11 dec 2022 and last time I played was on 16 dec 2022 ( local game save file) is gonna be my 3rd time starting from scratch
