Black Screen on startup

I've been having this issue since I got the game, The window for the game opens in the corner and than opens the game but the screen remains black until I get frustrated and close it. Longest I've had it open was 30 mins. No error messages. EA has been of no help so this is my last resort.

I've tried

-reinstalling the game

-verifying game files in both Steam and EA app

-running both Steam and the EA app as administrator

- Runnin all EA components as Administartor

-disabling the overlays for both Steam and EA app

-updating GPU drivers

-disabling Windows firewall

-adding NFS: Unbound to firewall exceptions

-deleting the game's shader cache files both in the game files and My Documents, as well as the LocalAppData folder

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4650G (APU)
• GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT (Dedicated Graphics Card)
• RAM: 16GB (8GB x 2) RGB (set to 3600 MHz)
• Storage: Samsung 980 SSD
• Motherboard: ASUS Prime B450M-II
• Power Supply: (Gamdias KRATOS E1-600 RGB 600W)
• Operating System: (Windows 11 Pro 24H2)
• Storage: Samsung SSD 980 500GB
