Bought the premium pass and now the game won't work.

I've been trying to get the game to work. When I buy stuff ot days failed to purchase. Tried playing online and got Error Code F03. Says to get support but nothing. I tried u installing and reinstalling. I tried disconnecting the internet and everything. Nothing is working and the same error and issues keep occurring. I think it's on EA end. My inventory could not be loaded, according go the error.
