Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Unbound.
when you have a moment can we try going through the following to see if this continues?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- @EA_Illium perhaps this is a fairly rare problem, so I doubt that I can say with confidence that your suggestions will work. But theoretically, I think that all your solutions will not help, because it clearly does not depend on file recovery and other things, this is an obvious bug of the game
