Bugatti top speed not being reached

Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take the Bugatti Chiron with all the best possible modifications nos tires etc. downforce all the way down on a straightaway on the highway and it will not surpass 245mphWhat happens when the bug occurs? The car will not reach is intended speed of 265 mphWhat do you expect to see? no matter what i do to the car it doesnt go its rated speed in the 261 mph range

also my bugatti chiron does absulutely nothing in 7th gear past 245 MPH, it goes to 245 MPH in 6th gear, it will not bounce off rev limiter in 6th and then 7th does nothing past 245 MPH

Koenigsegg is reaching 395 kmh but not the 412 kmh or 415 kmhIs it going to be fixed?!
