Summarize your bug good evening, it's been about a week since after an application crash while I was playing in lock mode I went to buy a car (unlocked) and it repeatedly says purchase failed both online both in offline mode, this bug has been going on for a week and even deleting or closing or turning off the device/app hasn't solved it. Please fix it asap

What happens when the bug occurs? the bug occurs when I try to purchase a car I go to select it the screen freezes for a second and says purchase failed
What do you expect to see? honestly I expect that with a 53mln account it is not possible for a purchase on a 123k car to fail 🥲
