Community AdminHey, what happens when you try to use the clothes? Do you get an error, does it glitch or is it unresponsive? Also can I check whether you purchased the Palace Editon or got it via EA Play Pro?
Yes, it’s unresponsive. When I tap on the item I want to equip, the pointer goes back to the item equipped right now. Yes, I have Palace edition, I bought it, cars and other stuff available. And everything was fine with Palace clothes too, it was available and I used them, but yesterday it glitched somehow and now it’s completely unresponsive. I’ve deleted Palace dlc and installed it cople of times, no change. Deleted the game and installed again, no difference. And as I remember, Palace brand in brand collections was somewhere down, but now it’s right at the start.
One more thing I didn’t mention, firstly I played the game with 10 hour trial, then a bought it, played couple of days and everything were fine with dlc items, then there was a mistake with my bank, so the game was refunded, then I bought it again and that’s when I found out something is wrong. Also i have discovered that in multiplayer I recieved 6 cars bmw g3, they’re all the same and they’re from Palace dlc, I suppose.

Thanks, that's certainly a strange one. The next main step I can think of would be to try wiping saves, but that sounds like it'll do more harm than good.
Can I check, when you rebought it, was it from the same source as the original purchase?Yep, it was the same. One more thing, before the game was refunded, my character was equipped in Palace hoodie. And yesterday I was able to equip that hoodie! But only that one and for once, after restarting the game it became unavailable again. Maybe that’s connected somehow, that i was using dlc clothe when the game was refunded and when I bought it again something went wrong. But other Palace items are fine, except clothes.
I already deleted the saves and downloaded it from cloud, nothing changed except one thing, I can upgrade my garage all over again for some reason.So yes, broke the game again and found one more bug. Everything with game is fine, except inventory and garage. Don’t know what to do, spent 20 hours already and starting all over again?
