Can’t play NFS Unbound online after paying for the Speed Pass

Product: Need for Speed: Unbound
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug I Can’t play online AT ALL after paying for the Speed Pass. Every time try and go to the multiplayer tab, I get greeted with my car missing half of its part in the main menu screen, and then when I go to into it I get into the loading screen and stay still after the loading bar is full, for hours!…
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For me (I use an Xbox Series S), I got it right after I bought the premium Speed Pass, I played for a bit, then start using my Audi RS6 but then the game crashed, so I went back to it only to find my Audi is stripped out of most of it parts in the main menu screen… and every time I try to go to multiplayer the game just get 100% but never starts. even after deleting it and reinstalling it, I still get the SAME issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game just craft when I was in the middle of driving the RS6, then when I jumped back to the game is when the bug showed up.
What do you expect to see? I’m expecting a hot patch to fix the issue because I can’t play the game for what I payed for… expecting you to at least taking this issue seriously.

I think I already said all the detailed that are needed… soooo… yah… I just can’t play the online/multiplayer mode right after I payed for the Speed Pass… (also… just to point out, I got the bug with my Xbox Series S.)

    Try uninstalling the game, reboot the console and then reinstall and retry playing when ready, thanks.

    Hi… I tried reinstalling after both soft reset and hard reset, I still get the exact same issue… even the Audi is still missing the body part in the main menu… and yes, I still can’t play the game.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Crashes anytime the Audi RS6 is on screen for more than a few seconds.
    What do you expect to see? Hopefully for this to be fixed.

    Audi RS6 causes game to crash. I came back to Unbound after a couple month hiatus because of the new Audi Speedpass. However, getting the RS6 has caused the game to crash pretty hardcore. It worked for a few races and then just started showing the car frame. Made it back to the garage and then it crashed. Every time I load back in, it's the same issue where it just loads the frame and then crashes. It won't let me get rid of the Audi from my inventory cause it crashes when I try. I tried clearing my system cache, still didn't work. Is my save file corrupted? Do I have to delete my save file in order for this to work?

    I back to the game today and I'm with exactly same problem on ps5. After I try change anything on rs6, I can't equip anything and sometimes the parts just disappear. After this the game freeze and eventually crash. I had to sell the car to avoid more crashes.

    Yes, on PlayStation 5. I haven’t been able to get in the lobby since I bought the upgrade on day 2. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation.

    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    I am on PlayStation 5. I got so frustrated and angry. I purchased a used game and bargain game and the cannot join the lobby message continued. So, I just erased the game and currently I am starting the story portion over. I lost all my cars and about $1.5 million in cash. However, I love this game and all the purchased cars from vol 8. and the volume 8 game are running smoothly.

    i login click either public or pvp it doesn’t go through just back to main menu at
