Cannot create case error
So I stopped playing NFS before October, nothing happened and in October I got hacked once which made my account for false banned i tried making an appeal but it keeps saying “case cannot be created” till this day I’m still trying to find a support chat to talk to real human to solve my problem asap, I have many games in there and I want to have it back I did nothing wrong and this is a false banned

Sorry you’re dealing with this.
If the appeal form keeps giving you a “case cannot be created” error, I can understand how frustrating that is, especially if you believe the ban happened after the account was compromised.
We can’t review bans from the forums, but you could try this webform instead.
If it still won’t go through, it may also be worth trying:
- clearing your browser cookies/cache
- a different browser
- an incognito/private window
