Can't customize online character

Summarize your bug I go to online mode and I cannot select a different model I cannot customize the online model either and I cannot change the clothes I have delete thr game and reinstalled it but does not make any difference
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know maybe access my console threw share to see for self
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot change model customize or change clothes in online mode only
What do you expect to see? I expect the see the game working correctly
