@TONYWR1988 same for me, i’ve had m3 gtr for a while but it literally disappeared from lakeshore online either from my garage and from rides store
So I backed up my save to the cloud, and deleted my save on my console it has fixed the customisation issue and is working as should, obviously this isn’t a fix that is acceptable as people have hours put into this game to have to restart

@ajaxfan8 You either delete your console data file and restart and it works or you keep your save and progress and keep it moving online with the blonde checkered Vans jacket girl. 🤷🏼♂️
- @ajaxfan8 Yes I’ve had to start from scratch, not ideal but I was getting annoyed of the blonde so I’ve decided to start again, seem to be progressing quicker as I’m not wasting as much money as before as I know how I want my builds lol
@9b05fa1682b214e8 Haha same. I’ve restarted as well, shouldn’t have though. Game gets so repetitive and could’ve been done by now with the story.

@ajaxfan8 100%. It’s frustrating that at the start of this thread the support team was actually communicating with us and then they just went cold. If you’ve got mistakes to fix then at least tell us you’re on it.
Going to call playstation sometime soon and ask for a refund, I just had it with EA, been around long enough to know better but I still gave them a chance like I always do with every game they release, still have no idea how a fifa bug made its way to nfs but sure is something EA could achieve in its true fashion. EA will not be fixing this until a long time or they won’t fix it ever.

This same bug where you can’t change your character at all was in fifa 22 however in career mode. Obviously I can’t confirm what caused the bug but it’s exactly the same bug and they did not fix the bug ever even though it’s on one of their biggest franchise game. Surely they might fix this one because it’s online but I highly doubt it and I refuse to delete my save just to start over with no glitch. Refund is the way, it’s gotta start somewhere and maybe they’ll fix it.
This is exactly what I experienced too — I’m progressing faster because I’ve gone the route again. Granted, I was grinding week 1 before I reset everything. Enjoying it now (so much, that I put GoW Ragnarok on hold), but yeah.. not an excuse for the devs to sit on it. Feels like The Crew 2 wheel support all over again XD.
