Same issue here. I'm on PS5.
Same here on PS5, Digital Palace Edition, not pre-odered.The first time you get into Lakeshore Online, you can customize your character. If you leave the garage / quit the game, it get's resetted to the default blond female character and you can't change anything after that.
Please fix this, EA / Criterion.
Haven’t touched the game in a week now, no desire to play this way. Look how many people are experiencing this issue and nothing heard back yet still.
