cant get passed loading screen

Summarize your bug After lunching, the enter screen is just visible for a split second, then disappears and im stuck with the loading/rain-screen

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? installed the game on steam, launch the game, got stuck
What happens when the bug occurs? the game just launches, i see the "enter" screen for less than a second, but i still can hear it in the background that u get the confirmation sound, when pressing enter, but nothing happens. im still stuck on that rain screen
What do you expect to see? any other menu after or the intro or something...nothing happens
