Summarize your bug After finished an online playlist the car always appears visually damaged although the health might be at 100% (depending on how you finished the last race). If the health is at 100% you cannot repair the visual damage at gas stations too.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Finish last race of an online playlist at full health. Observe you car after spawning in freeroam
What happens when the bug occurs? The car appears heavily damaged, regardless of the health level.
What do you expect to see? The car state should match the state when it was crossing the finish line.
Here is a video of me finishing a playlist with my car at pristine condition. It looks like the post-race AI smashed my car. After appearing in the freeroam, car's health is at 100% but it looks damaged.
