Correct. She plays in a Xbox Series S and a separate EA account under @augustkama
For whatever reason my wraps have reset and are fine, while hers are still messed up.

To check is the Series S console on any insider builds of Xbox's OS? If not can you try closing the game from Quick Resume and relaunching to see if the wrap will load correctly?
