I have the problem that cars wont unlock from completting star challenges.
I already had a ticket open when it happened the first time with the porsche.
But it happened again with the nissan.
The end of the ticket I had opened was "we cant help and it will be investigated" that was multiple patches ago.
The bug is still there and I would love to get the things I invested time to unlock.

First to check are you in Story or the Online mode? Also, do you use any mods with your game?
If not, can you try closing the game and running a repair on it, after relaunching and try to complete the challenge step once more to see if the car unlocks?

I play in Online mode without Mods.
Since the Bug appeared the first time I obviously restarted the game and back then I even reinstalled it.
I also tried reunlocking it with finishing one of it once more.
But sure i will repair and retrie it and give ffedback here.
I repaired the game tried to unlock it again by completing a jump. Not only getting the 3 stars but also beating the rivale but nothing.
I even tested further, normal unlocks for playing X Races with car Brand XYZ works, only the star cars wont unlock.

EA Staff (Retired)I had 35 in Story mode, hadnt opened it in months and i had all the new unlocks. Sold all but 4 in sotry Mode and in Online Mode i have 10 atm.
