Challenges Completed, Rewards not received. NFS Unbound PS5.
Hello, I have been playing NFS Unbound (on PS5) since Launch and there are some completed challenges that have not given me the rewards that come with completion.
Such as "Complete 5 Jump Through Air Gate Objectives in Linkups", it has been completed but once I attempt to redeem I get a pop-up stating I am required to complete the challenge, and if I go to said challenge it already shows as completed.
I had hoped it'd get resolved with time and patches/bug fixes but I am still not seeing the rewards for completed challenges.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can we try the following and check if you notice the game update?
- Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
- Verify you signed into your PSN account
- Check for updates
- Restore Licence
- Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
