"Cleaning Up" Trophy Bugged

Summarize your bug Trophy on PS5 called "Cleaning Up" is bugged and will not work even though I have collected everything and completed all activities. It is the only trophy I have left other than the Platinum. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling, and restarting my console with NO results.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Happens randomly when completing all activities and collectibles.

What do you expect to see? I want the trophy that I put dozens of hours into earning.
